FYI, back on August 17th, Groove Tickets will begin offering a Standard Mail shipping option instead of the First Class option for customers who would like to have their order printed and mailed to them (unless this new option is turned off by the promoter and/or venue). Standard Mail is less expensive.

Thanks for your patience, but... I'm married with 4 kids and a day job so
as much as I truly enjoy providing 'em... the websites are the lowest priority.

So it looks like most of my rather large mailing list has been lost and my back-up is pretty old so I may just do away with the 'newsletter' and turn towards more of a 'Blog' (that I actually update) so stay tuned as I find time to make changes!!  Aloha...

If you haven't heard yet (via twitter, etc.) my show with The Devil Wears Prada that had to be post-poned earlier this year, has been Rescheduled for later this year.

If nothing changes, it will now be an all ages show at 4Play Nightclub on Tuesday, October 5th from 6 to 10pm, with The Welshley Arms and Corrupt Absolute performing as well.

Tickets are $18 presale (more at the door) and while there's no rush, they will be available starting tomorrow morning...
(Tomorrow is also my wife Marina's Birthday... Happy Birthday babe!)

The newest not-for-profit website is going strong and I have updated it several times since the launch back on May 16th.

The oldest flyer now dates back to 1957, and the oldest photo so far is from 1981. Got something to share?  Let me know.

I'm also proud to announce that I have teamed up with The Honolulu Star-Advertiser - Online Edition, to feature one photo a week (posted on Thursday's) and provide a little more detail about the shot.  I think it will be nice to try and provide a background story to some of the photos, and I really appreciate the support of Jason Genegabus (and the rest of the crew down at the Star-Advertiser!)

First up is a great outdoor photo of the Mighty Mighty Bosstones from back in 1996.
It's them performing at the 4th Big Mele in front of a massive crowd, and the photo shows maybe half that crowd at the most!
